This is the blog of the subject "Discurso Oral II", Profesorado de Inglés, Facultad de Humanidades, Universidad Nacional de Mar del Plata.
Thank you, Laura! We'll pick it up tomorrow.
ResponderEliminarBy the way, we have a question about Message avoidance or adjustment in "Conversational issues". We're not sure how the one playing the teacher should respond. For example, if the teacher ask the st to define a concept and the st defines sth else, what should the teacher do? She/he would obviously notice it, right?
Thanks a lot!
Micaela and Agostina
Hello Laura,
ResponderEliminardo you know anything about Peter? Because i´ve heard that he´s ill and as we´re having our oral mid terms next Friday, I´d like to know if there any changes.
Thanks a lot!
Silvina.
Hello Micaela and Agustina:
ResponderEliminarYes, the teacher should say something (although in a real situation some teachers prefer no to say anything..), remember that the point of the whole thing is to keep the conversation going!!!
Best!!
