Wells: Assigned Reading

Hello all, Some students have mentioned that they could not find the pages I had assigned to read from Wells's book. The page numbers assigned and corresponding to Wells's book numbers are: For March 31st: pp187-206 (which include all Chapter 4 Tonality, including the section on "Adverbials"). For April 7th: 100-116 (from Compounds, Double-stressed compounds, The Old and the New, synonyms, and prospective and implied givenness). Please check if the copied pages might be in the wrong order in Pedro's handout. I will be double-checking on this with Carpe Diem too next week. Have a nice weekend. Prof. Marina López Casoli
